Carbo-loading

"Carbohydrate loading, commonly referred to as carbo-loading or carb-loading, is a strategy used by endurance athletes, such as marathon runners, to maximize the storage of glycogen (or energy) in the muscles."

Or what I was doing this afternoon for no apparent reason (pasta, bread, and fish). Well, I was hungry, but maybe I didn't need to eat like a marathoner at a pasta party. Oh well.
I wonder if someday I can run a 1/2 marathon. Looks like fun.
